If you're like me, whenever I get a package with bubble wrap in it, it goes straight to my craft bin! Kids always love to paint with it and it makes for a cheap art project. Today we made some bubble wrap printed turkeys for a Thanksgiving craft!
Materials Needed:
- Lint roller
- Bubble wrap
- Red, orange, yellow, and brown paint
- Scissors/glue
- Googly Eyes
- Orange, red, white, and brown paper
Find a lint roller and press a piece of bubble wrap around it. This makes for a great printing tool for kids but you can also use a rolling pin, paper towel roll, etc. Have the kids dip it in the paint and roll it all over a white sheet of paper.
Once the paint is dry, have the kids cut out 7 turkey feathers and two feet from the paper. Cut out the turkey's main body with brown paper and add his face! Sooo cute!
