Today I had the pleasure of babysitting two cuties and they always love to get their hands messy so we decided to make a handprint octopus! It's an easy art project that you can incorporate into an ocean theme. After we finished our craft I asked her what it was called and she said "a cactopus!!" So cute :)
Materials Needed:
- Purple paint
- White/blue paper
- Black marker
Start by painting your child's middle three fingers with purple paint.
Have them press it against the piece of paper once. The second time you may need to assist them to get it in the right spot.
One the paint dries, cut out white circles for the eyes and add some pupils with the marker. Finish off the cute octopus with a smile!
