Today I am featuring my new favorite Instagram account - CintaandCo! Make sure to follow Jacinta (a mom of three) to get inspired almost daily by new kids activities. She was so sweet and let me share some of her beautiful Christmas/winter crafts! (and how great is her photography skills!?) LOVE!
"SNOWMAN BOOKMARKS || We made these fun snowman bookmarks today from craft sticks that we painted white. Miss4 also played a fun counting game by putting on different numbers of matching sequin buttons. These were super easy to make, and lots of fun. "
"CUPCAKE WRAPPER TREES || We have seen these cupcake liner trees on Pinterest a lot lately, and decided that we had to make some too. They are super simple and great folding and size sequencing practise!! They are pretty too."
"CUPCAKE WRAPPER JINGLE BELLS || The kids made these super easy Christmas bells this afternoon. All you need are some cupcake wrappers, pipe cleaners and some small bells. We pushed the pipe cleaner through the wrapper, attached some bells and looped the end over to form a handle. They make great tree decorations too."
"CHRISTMAS PAPER WEAVE || The girls picked out this super bright wrapping paper for our families gifts this year. I had planned some beautiful brown paper and ribbon styled wrapping, but they did not want a part of it. When we wrapped the presents yesterday we were left with some long strips that we didn't really want to just throw out. So we cut these strips into smaller pieces and have been weaving with them all morning. It's such great fun, and involves lots of practice of our "scissor skills."
"CHRISTMAS ART || I finally found a Christmas activity that mr8 really enjoyed. This artwork was inspired by some of the beautiful pieces that @youclevermonkey has featured recently. We used here, a black sharpie and @smiggle_ water color crayons. These crayons are metallic and feel a bit like drawing with lipstick!! They are great. "
