These delicious bacon wrapped cheddar stuffed meatballs were made by Michelle Barron! She said she used 1 egg, seasonings, 2lbs of ground beef, cheddar cubes, and bacon. Bake on a cookie sheet at 350° for 30 minutes then flip/ broil for 10 minutes at 400°. Makes 9 large meatballs or 12 medium sized ones. These are great for keto diets or low carb diets!
