Today we combined two of my favorite things in the fall/halloween time ~ owls and pumpkins! These crafts turned out sooo cute, I think they would be great to hang up for garland in a classroom for example. There is a lot of cutting and gluing so this probably isn't for the little ones.
Materials Needed:
- White, orange, yellow, purple or green paper
- Glue
- Scissors
- Black marker
Cut out a pumpkin shape with the orange paper and a beak and feet with the yellow paper. Cut out two large white circles and use a black marker to make the pupils. Cut out two squiggles that will be the owl's "feathers."
Glue on the pieces...I think this little guy even looks adorable without wings!
Cut some wings; the purple has a more straight edge while the little owl has tear drop ones.
