Mix all the meatball ingredients together with your hand then roll into balls. Fry in coconut oil until done (took about 15 minutes). Then drain on paper towel, set it on a plate and cut up sliced cheese in quarters. Top meatballs with sliced cheese and melt it in the microwave for at least 15 sec or until melted. Assemble the kabobs with toppings! You can also stuff your meatballs with cut up mozzarella or any cheese you want. Mix up the mayo and ketchup for a dip! Enjoy.
