Preheat oven to 350F

Grease and line a 8" x 8" casserole pan and set aside.

Combine the cake mix, oil, milk and egg until no dry spots appear. Stir in the chocolate chips.

Fold the mixture into the casserole dish and smooth down into an even layer.

Bake for 20-24 minutes until the edges of the brownie appear set and pull away from the casserole dish.
