Spiralized Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers spiralized
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup mustard I used some artisan Olive oil mustard!!
  • 1 T dried dill
  • 2 T Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Use a spiralizer and make cucumber "noodles."
  •  In a bowl mix the dressing ingredients together then pour over the cucumbers. 
  • Chill and serve!
