Animal Cookie Truffles
  • 13 oz bag Frosted Animal Cookies
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 6 oz vanilla almond bark
  • sprinkles
  1. Puree animal cookies until they are fine crumbs.
  2. Combine crumbs and cream cheese. I use my hands.
  3. Form mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a cookie sheet.
  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Melt almond bark.
  6. Roll each ball in bark until it is covered.
  7. Top with sprinkles before bark hardens.
  8. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
