This santa christmas tree is so pretty! I found it on Pinterest but it looks like they wrapped the whole tree with sparkly red deco mesh and put a white feather boa on the bottom/top! Wrap a skinny piece of black deco mesh around the middle and cut out a sparkly gold card stock belt.
