Painted Bottle Cap Turkey Craft for Thanksgiving

My favorite kinds of crafts are the ones that are cheap and simplistic. I had been saving bottle caps for awhile and thought it was time to put them to good use! I made this bottle cap turkey craft that would look adorable on a homemade Thanksgiving card! If you have a lot of caps, you could do another layer of them on top of these to make fuller “feathers.”

Start by cutting out a brown circle and all the other turkey parts (legs, beak, gobble). Glue them together on a piece of yellow paper. Get out some paints and have the kids do dots on the inside of the bottle caps.

Glue the bottle caps around the turkey’s body and let dry.

You can also make this version where you just cut out two brown circles and put the bottle caps in the back!
