You will need a paper plate, scissors, green/gold sequins, glue, and yellow paper.

Start by cutting out the inside top of the paper plate. Just stick your scissors in the middle to start cutting.

Paint the plate with black paint. We had HORRIBLE paint and this was after the second coat! Still not black-black!

Grab your yellow or gold constuction paper and cut out small circles to make the gold coins. We actually ended up cutting 9 circles.

Here’s our big sequin drawer where the kids got to sort the green and gold ones.

Glue the yellow circles together and stick it behind the paper plate. Then make a some-what shamrock shape out of the green sequins to go on the bottom.

To finish off the project, add those sparkly gold sequins all over the yellow circles to look more like gold!
