The chilly weather is here which means my husband and I are drinking more warm drinks using our keurig machine. Instead of tossing them in the recycling bin, I made from k-cup turkeys! I think any age child could make this craft for Thanksgiving with some guidance.

Materials Needed:

  • Keurig cups
  • Glue
  • Scissors
  • Orange, red, and white paper
  • Black marker / Googly eyes
  • Feathers

Gather up some empty (or full) keurig cups to use! I had brown ones from Kroger brand caramel cappuccino but you could always paint white ones brown.

Put glue on the top of the k-cup and stick on pretty colored feathers. Cut out two legs and glue those on too.

Once the glue is dry you can set it on that side and glue on the turkey's facial parts. Love how they turned out!
