Wood Nail Plaque for Dad

I saw this adorable Father’s day gift idea from Peel Montessori (A school in Ontario Canada) and just had to share!! Make sure the kids are old enough to know safety use of a hammer and nails before you do this.
Supplies Needed:
- Nails
- Hammer
- Wood
- Rubberbands or string
- Printer or write your own bubble letters
Print out the word “DAD” in a font that looks like bubble letters and tape it to a piece of wood. Have the kids put nails all around the letters with a hammer (gently.) Once that is finished, pull off the paper and have them put colored rubberbands between the nails. What a cute keepsake!
