Christmas Tree Potato Stamping Craft for Cards

I had a few potatoes that weren’t going to get used so we decided to make a Christmas tree stamp out of it! This is a great idea when you’re on a budget and need a cute stamp for a homemade Christmas card. Kids always love painting and this one was a winner!

Cut a long potato in half and shove a tree cookie cutter about half way down. Take a knife and cut a little bit below the tree, going in until you hit the metal (the pieces should just pop out).

Stick a fork in the back of the potato just enough for it to grip it. Then have the kids dip it in green paint and stamp it on a piece of white paper.
