” I start with Kerr jars, because they have a smooth back. Then two layers of matte acrylic paint (Folk Art)
Then I cut the vinyl with my Cricut and apply it to the jar.
Then a layer of decoupage to seal it.
Then I cut a circle of scrapbook paper to the size of the jar opening.
Take an exacto knife and cut a cross into it and bend the corners back a bit.
Take tissue from a square box, and roll a chunk of it loosely, with one pulled up.
Truck them into the jar, with the part you pulled up,sticking out.
Pull it through the paper circle and put it on the top of the jar.
Screw the lid down over it.”
