This cute halloween costume was made by Vicki Bissen! So darn cute and such a fun DIY project! Here's her tutorial on how to make it...
"For the noodles, I wrapped yellow construction paper around toilet paper rolls. Then I glued them onto a yellow hooded sweatshirt. For the cup, I cut the bottom out of a round laundry basket and glued blue poster board to it. Attached the letters and yellow ribbon for shoulder straps. That’s it!!"
