This beautiful winter wreath was made by Sarah E. Strumila! She said “I bought just a bare wire wreath thing for a few dollars. (I’m sure you could find them at a dollar store even) Wrapped it in greenery and garland – I’ve also used feather boas on the past and they look awesome as well! Then had a hayday with balls 
I’ve seen them glued on with a glue gun….but I just used the hooks that we hang our Christmas tree ornaments with and tied them like a twist tie!”
