Today I decided to make a homemade Christmas card using bottle caps as the holly berries! It turned out fabulous and anyone can make it with just a few items. (Also another reason to enjoy a few drinks!;)
Materials Needed:
- Hot glue gun
- Green foam paper
- White card stock paper
- 3 bottle caps
- Red acrylic paint
- Green marker
Start by painting the bottle caps with red paint and let dry. If the words still show through do another coat. Hand draw a holly leaf outline on the foam paper and cut two out.
Fold a piece of white card stock paper in half to make the card. Using a hot glue gun, go around the edges of the bottle cap and press it against the paper. Add a line on the holly leaf with a marker and glue them on. Done!
