Here's a beautiful craft idea to make this Christmas ~ mistletoe jar luminaries! They are so easy to make and the kids will love them lit up at night (just stick a tea light inside)

Supplies:
1. Empty glass jar
2. Green tissue paper
3. Red paint or marker
4. Red glitter powder
5. Red satin ribbon
6. Craft glue
7. Scissors

Directions:
Step-1: Choose your jar for this craft project. Clean the jar.
Step-2: Use green craft paper, you can also use green tissue paper or crepe paper. Cut the paper into small square pieces. The pieces should be relatively even.
Step-3: In a small bowl add water and craft glue 50:50. Mix them really well.
Step-4: Apply glue mixture on the jar with a brush and place the green square pieces on the glue.
Step-5: Cover the entire jar with green square pieces. You can slightly overlap the pieces but do not over them too much; it might block the candle light from inside. Allow the glue to dry.
Step-6: Use a red marker to draw holly on the jar. I drew 2 pairs of 3 holly.
Step-7: Use red acrylic paint to color the cherries. Sprinkle some red glitter powder on the cherries before the paint dries.
Step-8: Tie a bow knot around the jars finish with a red satin ribbon. Place a candle or any other lighting fixture inside the jar.
