Keto Cheeseburger on a Stick

These delicious cheeseburgers on a stick was thought of by Vanessa Hipol-Kincaid! You can follow her on Instagram here for more recipes. If you're on the ketogenic diet or a low carb diet these are the perfect dinner!

Cheeseburger on a Stick

Ingredients

Meatball Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground grass fed beef I buy it at Trader Joe’s frozen section
  • ⅛ cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Kabob add-ons:

  • Sliced pickles
  • Onions
  • Lettuce
  • Cheese
  • Grape tomatoes
  • Kabob Sticks

Instructions

  • Mix all the meatball ingredients together with your hand then roll into balls. Fry in coconut oil until done (took about 15 minutes). Then drain on paper towel, set it on a plate and cut up sliced cheese in quarters. Top meatballs with sliced cheese and melt it in the microwave for at least 15 sec or until melted. Assemble the kabobs with toppings! You can also stuff your meatballs with cut up mozzarella or any cheese you want. Mix up the mayo and ketchup for a dip! Enjoy.
