Kid's Horse Craft Made from a Wrapping Paper Tube

This horse craft for kids is SO fun! They get to paint it and then ride it around the house for hours! ;) You could also use any other tube-like object if you don't have any extras.

You will need 2 sheets of white paper, brown paint, white/cream yarn, 2 big googly eyes, a stapler, an empty wrapping paper roll, and tissue paper.

Cut out a horse head with the white paper on 2 sheets and have the kids paint it brown. After that dries, staple the top of the head together and stuff it with tissues. Continue stapling the rest of the horse adding small pieces of the yarn for the hair. Slide it over the tube and glue on some googly eyes! Yeeehaw!
