Mini Donuts for the Birds
Make a little winter treat for the birds…mini donuts! ;) I bought this donut pan on Amazon but next time I’d use a silicone pan as it’s easier to get them out. Make sure to check out all our other DIY bird feeders!

Mini Donuts for the Birds
Materials
- Mini donut pan
- Bird seed
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
Instructions
- Fill each donut in the pan with bird seed.
- In a glass measuring cup, scoop the organic coconut oil into it. Melt in the microwave 30-40 seconds and stir until dissolved.
- Carefully pour it over the top of the bird seed but make sure not to overfill it.
- Poke it gently with a spoon to make sure all seeds got covered.
- Put them in the freezer or fridge for 1-2 hours then pop them out.
- You can place them on branches or tie them on a string to hang.
