Paper Plate Tissue Paper Fish Craft

Supplies Needed:
- Paper plate
- Tissue paper
- Scissors
- Glue
- Googly eye
Start by cutting painting a whole paper plate with blue paint or watercolors. Once it is dry, cut out a small triangle to make the fish’s mouth and tail. Cut pieces of tissue paper to look like scales and glue them all over the plate. Finish off the little guy with a googly eye! So cute…thanks to MaMandi for letting me share!
