If you have older potatoes going bad, cut them up to make some owl stamps! These are so cute and the kids can make any background they want for the little birds.

Start by cutting a potato in half then cut two pointy parts at the top. Stick the knife in-between them sideways and pop the piece out. Have the kids dip the potatoes in different colored paints and stamp it on a piece of paper.

Once all the owls are stamped, take a paintbrush and make a branch with leaves on it. Cut out small circles with the white paper and stick them on the owls body. Once the paint is dry, add some pupils, a beak, and some feet. You can also add some ruffles under the beak!
