Soda Pop Tab Flower Card/Craft Idea
I challenged myself to turn some recycled soda pop tabs into something wonderful! I think I succeeded with this Spring flower card :D You can choose any color paint you want and customize it with a phrase. This is a easy craft for kids to make too…maybe for a Mother’s day card?! Yes!

Materials Needed:
- 6 pop tabs
- Green pipe cleaner
- Neon pink paint
- Yellow button
- Glue
Pick a neon colored paint and cover the pop tabs. I had to do two coats to get the color I wanted (I think acrylic would work best).
Glue the pop tabs, a yellow button and a pipe cleaner to a card stock paper. What a cute and CHEAP card!
I am a public school librarian, and I love your pop tab flower card for Mother’s Day! I would love similar ideas to incorporate with books that I share with my K-5 students. Hmmm…. maybe an idea for Back to School or Fall… What a great blog you have!
