Terra Cotta Pot Turkey Craft for Thanksgiving
I found the most creative turkey craft on Instagram yesterday that Riley made! She used a cute little terra cotta pot to make a turkey! This would be darling for some Thanksgiving decor or for a gift to grandparents. She used a hot glue gun so I think older kids could make this with supervision.
Materials Needed:
- Small terra cotta pot
- Foam paper
- Maple Leaf
- Button
- Hot glue gun
- Raffia
- Paper
- Paint pen
Glue brown fun foam to make the body and the gobble. Use an orange paper heart to make the nose/mouth and a larger paper heart for the feet. Use raffia for the bow and glue on a button in the middle. Take a maple leaf and glue it to the back of the pot to make the feathers. Using a paint pen, make some dots to make the eyes and decorative marks on the turkey. Adorable!
