Peanut Butter and Jelly Sushi Snack for Kids
I am obsessed with sushi (california rolls and anything with crab!) but today I decided to make some kid-approved pb&j sushi rolls! They are pretty easy to make and your kids can even help make them with you as an activity. These can be made for breakfast or a fun snack. Add some chopsticks to challenge your kids too! ;)
Materials Needed:
- Peanut Butter
- Jelly
- Bread
- Knife
- Rolling Pin
Grab two slices of bread and cut off the crust with a knife (give the scraps to the dog or eat them yourself of course – we don’t like waste!)
Then take a rolling pin and flatten out the pieces of bread.
Smear on some peanut butter and jelly.
After that, roll up the pieces of bread. I realized bigger slices would work best for this.
Grab a knife and cut small pieces of pb&j sushi! Serve with a glass of chocolate milk, yum!

This is genius!! I’m always at a loss for coming up with creative lunches that my boys will actually eat! This is so cute and simple – thanks for the idea!
Those are adorable! Just pinned!
