Have your kids make this cute candy corn turkey craft for Thanksgiving! You might as well put that overload of candy corn to some good use instead of eating it ;) It would probably be easier to make some main templates for the kids to trace so it's a more guided activity.

Materials Needed:

  • Candy corn
  • Brown, yellow, red, and orange paper
  • Googly eye
  • Scissors/Glue

Cut out all the main turkey pieces: the body, feet, beak, feather circle, etc.

Glue the turkey's brown body on top of the yellow circle. Add the googly eye, feet, and beak.

Have the kids take some candy corn and glue them all around the outside so it makes it look like feathers! Gobble gobble!

That's a really cute craft (and it's making me hungry for candy corn!)

This is easy enough for my toddlers to make (I'll turn each piece into a sticker with my vari-quest sticker maker though). Simple and delightful!
