Cilantro jalapeno lime coleslaw ingredients:
- 1 pack ranch mix
- 1 lime, juiced
- 3 bunches Cilantro
- 2-3 jalapenos, seeded
- 1 cup mayo
- 3/4 to 1 cup milk (unsweetened almond)
- 1.5 bags shredded coleslaw
In blender add Cilantro, lime juice and jalapenos. Blend until chopped extra fine. Add ranch, mayo and milk. Blend about a minute until well incorporated. Add salt and pepper to taste.
