Here's a fun easter egg decorating idea that the kids can do! All you need is a tub of cool whip and a muffin tin :)

Supplies Needed:

  • Cool Whip
  • Neon Food Coloring
  • Muffin tin
  • Hard Boiled Eggs
  • Vinegar (optional)

Instructions:

If using vinegar (brighter colors on eggs) soak your eggs in the vinegar for about 2 minutes. Be careful not to forget them.

Spread your cool whip out in the muffin tins. Drop dots of the food coloring all over the cool whip and use a spoon to gently swirl the color. Do not mix the color too much. Coat the eggs in the mixture and let sit for 5 minutes. Use paper towels to rub off the cool whip or rinse under water and dry them off. So fun seeing the designs! You can also eat the hard boiled eggs later! (no chemicals like shaving cream)
