Diamond Ring Engagement Cupcake Cake

Here’s a cute and cheap way to have an engagement/wedding cake! Use only cupcakes and arrange them to look like a diamond ring. Frost 9 cupcakes pink and 26 a mint green color then add sprinkles. Write the couple’s name in the middle on a piece of cardboard or poster board. I love it! (Made by Ashley)
