DIY: Cheap Kid's Octopus Counting to 5 Activity & Craft (Preschoolers)

materials to make an octopus counting craft
Here is a great activity to do with preschoolers! Today I had a chance to try this with my 3 year old friend! She did everything except cut out the octopus (that was my job!) You will need a scissors, a glue bottle, blue & orange piece of paper, black marker, and some glitter (optional).

Tell the kiddos to write the number on the bottom of the leg and then draw that many circles. She had some trouble with number 2 and 3, hehe so cute! I then brought some glitter just because I LOVE sparkles ;) She picked the colors pink, purple, and blue. I titled the paper "Counting to 5" and she wrote her name on the bottom.
