Here's an adorable DIY Halloween costume to make this year...Pippi Longstocking! This was submitted by Cindy Keeton. She says "I sewed the patches on her little denim dress. I used a Doc McStuffins undershirt. Of course two mismatched socks. Her hair was done with three pipe cleaners for each braid. Just twisted the three pipe cleaners together and then braided her hair around them and then at the end of the braid folded them up. After that was done we sprayed her hair with temporary red hair dye." Add a stuffed monkey around the neck and some freckles with a brown eyeliner pencil. Such a darling costume!!
