Start by cutting two cups from a recycled egg carton and trim it so it's completely flat. Paint them with green and let dry. Cut out a red tongue, white eyes, a yellow bow tie, and a crown.

Take the end of a paintbrush and put two dots of black paint under the eyes. Glue all the pieces on or leave the cups unattached (they are fun to play with!) We just set the crown on top.
