It was snack time for the kids and I didn't want to just put some grapes on a plate (boring) ...sometimes it's fun to surprise them! I had toothpicks and marshmallows near me so the result was this little guy! When I asked the kids what they thought it was they replied "a martian, monster, grape giant" etc. There really was no intention on what it was going to be but it made snack time more fun! It was entertaining seeing the kids move the "arms" around on the plate. Did I mention it's half way healthy?
To make it just cut some grapes in half and make a round shape. Poke four toothpicks into whole grapes and stick them to the middle. Cut a marshmallow in half and use a edible pen to draw the eyes! Taa-daa! What do you think it looks like?
