Loopy Paper Penguin Craft

Supplies Needed:
- Black, white, and orange construction paper
- Glue or tape
- Scissors
- Googly eyes
Start by cutting two strips of black paper the same width but one shorter than the other. Roll them and tape or glue it together. Stack them on top of eachother and tape. Add a beak, eyes, a white belly, wings and feet. So cute!
