Make Fish Scales Using Toilet Paper Rolls

Materials Needed:
- Free fish printable
- Paint
- Toilet paper rolls
- Googly eye
- Glitter (optional)
Start by cutting a toilet roll in half by making two slits straight across from eachother. You can put a piece of tape to make the rounded edges easier for kids to stamp or leave it off. Have them dip it in paint and make scales on the fish!
Add some glitter to make the scales shiny and you’re done!
