I came across such a fun no carve pumpkin decorating idea today on Instagram! Sam_Thrive360Living is one of my favorite accounts to follow on there so you should too! Sam also has a great Facebook page that you can keep up with on her fun projects! She made these awesome melted crayon pumpkins with her kids! I think any child would love to do this crafty art project.
Materials Needed:
- Real white pumpkin (or orange)
- Crayons
- Tacky Glue
- Blow dryer
How to make it:
- Unwrap your crayons
- Cut the crayons in half
- Glue about 16 crayon pieces using tacky glue to the pumpkin
- After the glue has dried, use a hair dryer to melt the crayons
Sam said "My hair dryer didn't blow too hard so it was easy to direct the melting. -We did this outside on a tarp covered in garbage bags. The garbage bags look super pretty!"
Beautiful decoration for fall, I hope to try this soon for Halloween!
