Fireworks have always been my families favorite part of the 4th of July celebration.  The beautiful colors lighting up the night sky.  It is just very magical.  Unfortunately our town will not be setting any off this year so we made our own!  You can to with just a few supplies you probably already have!

  • Construction paper (red, white, blue, & black)
  • Scissors
  • Glue

Let's make some fireworks...

1) Cut strips of the red, white, & blue paper into 2 different sizes.

2) Glue the strips onto the paper.

3) Make as many fireworks as you want (or that will fit) on your paper!

Enjoy your beautiful fireworks!!!
