If you have any extra paper plates, consider making a leprechaun paper plate craft with one! It is very easy to make and the kids love to play with him afterwards. All you need is a white paper plate, orange paint, a black sharpie, scissors, glue, and green/black/yellow construction paper.

Start by turning a white paper plate upside-down. Paint the outside of the plate orange. After it dries, take a scissors and cut slits all around the orange part. This is going to be the Leprechaun's beard!

Make a hat out of green, black, and yellow construction paper and glue it to the top of the paper plate. Add eyes, a nose, and a smile with black sharpie. There you have a cute little leprechaun for St. Patrick's Day!
