Rainbow Toilet Paper Roll Binoculars Craft for Kids
Make some fun rainbow binoculars out of toilet paper rolls! This is the perfect St. Patrick’s Day craft for younger kids so they can go look for leprechauns!
I love how frugal this craft is and you can take the shamrock off after St. Patty’s day!
You will need strips of colored paper, two toilet paper rolls, tape, gold ribbon, and green paper.
Start by wrapping tape around the two toilet paper rolls so they are even. We used blue painters tape but any will work!
After cutting out strips of paper, wrap them around the rolls and tape them together. Continue doing each color of the rainbow in order.
Grab some gold ribbon or string and tape it to the inside of the toilet paper rolls for kids to have it around their necks.
Cut out a green shamrock with paper and glue it on the top! We printed little shamrock clip-art images and cut them out. Now you have an amazing tool to go find those sneaky leprechauns!

I’m looking for green saran wrap to put on the ends. That way when the kids look through everything will have a greenish tint!
I’m the same way with toilet paper rolls, lol!
How fun! My kids have been on a mission to find a four leaf clover. These would be awesome to make and then go on a clover hunt with! Thanks for sharing
I love these sweet binoculars, my kids will adore them. Thank you for sharing your adorable craft over at The MaMade blog hop.
I love it! I’m always on the lookout (<–see what I did there) for crafts with toilet paper rolls. I refuse to put them in the recycling bin, just for adorable crafts like these. We'll try this one out tomorrow!
Thanks for linking up with the MaMade Blog Hop!
I love easy ideas like this! My son loves playing with cardboard rolls, so we will definitely make these!
