DIY Santa Gift Tags Using Soda Can Tabs
Gift tags are always overpriced around Christmas time so why not make your own for the fraction of the price? Today I turned some soda can tabs into Santa’s belt! I think these are adorable to attach to Christmas gift packages!

Materials Needed:
- Soda can tabs
- Glue/Scissors
- Glitter
- Twine
- Glitter
- Red and black card stock paper
Cut out a rectangle and circle with the red card stock paper. Punch a hole at the top and put a black strip of paper through the soda can tabs.
Glue Santa’s “belt” on the bottom of the gift tag and put two dots of glue for glitter above it. Finish the gift tag by tying some red/white twine on them!
TOO TOO CUTE! *she says, while holding her can of Diet Dr. Pepper – aka her Santa gift tag supplies* :D I’m so glad I found the pin with your project – these tags are just adorable, and I certainly have belt buckles up the wazoo, lolol. I see photos @ the top of the page showing some awesome pumpkin designs – I’m going to send my Minion loving neighbour the link to the Minion jack-o-lanterns – I’m sure I’ll find other fun goodies as well as I poke around :D
I love this!!! Very generous of you to share :)
LOVE these! What a great way to re-use can tabs! Have pinned to make next year. Thanks!
