These adorable little handprint reindeer ornaments were made by Monika Onofrio's kiddos! She shared her tutorial..."I used air dry clay, rolled it out maybe about ½ inch thick and then pressed the hands in. Then cut out with a knife ( we found that we had to let it set up a bit before cutting otherwise it was too soft) I copied everything else from a Pinterest picture except changed the ribbon up a bit.

I always made salt dough and it was ok. Then I used crayola air dry clay and really liked it but I had trouble with the paint drying and peeling off. One of my daycare moms is an art teacher and she told me about the air dry clay ( see picture above) and I love it! It dries rock hard and so easy to use. I was worried that it would go to waste because I ordered 25 lbs of it! She said it will last for ever, if it starts to dry out just poke some holes in it and add some water. I will never go back to salt dough again! Haha"
