On a low carb or keto diet and missing sushi? Me too! These were made by Kirsten and she has saved us! So easy and delicious. Note that imitation crab has tons of carbs so you have to use the real stuff.
- Bag of frozen cauliflower rice
- Half block of cream cheese
- Nori Sheets
- Fillings (shrimp, avocado, spicy tuna, avocado and cucumber)
“I used one bag frozen microwaveable Cauliflower rice and mixed it with half block cream cheese to make it sticky.. (I used a few bags to make this many).
Fillings are shrimp, avocado, spicy tuna, avocado and cucumber…wrapped in nori sheets.
