• Paper plates
• Paint brush
• Scissors
• Hole punch
• Glue
• Red, white, & blue paint
• Ribbon or string

Let’s get started…

1. Cut a star out of one of the paper plates & paint it blue.  Paint red stripes onto the front & back of another plate.Pin

2. Cut the plate into a spiral.Pin

3. Punch a whole into the top & bottom of the star & the biggest part of the spiral.  Attach the spiral to the bottom of the star.  Tie another piece of string onto to the top of the star.Pin
