Popsicle Stick Birdfeeder Craft

I found this pack of colored popsicle sticks on Amazon but you could totally have the kids paint regular popsicle sticks too (just do it the day before assembly).

Popsicle Stick Birdfeeder
Materials
- 37 Colored Popsicle sticks
- String
- Hot glue gun
- Bird seed
Instructions
- Start by laying out 8 popsicle sicks in a row with no gaps. Hot glue on 4 of the same color sticks in a square to secure them.
- Flip it over and glue one popsicle stick, sticking out for a perch for the birds.
- Continue hot gluing different color squares about 3 layers. Cut 4 strings the same length. Then tie a string in the middle of 4 popsicle sticks. Hot glue them down.
- Continue gluing the layers until you get it high enough.
- Tie the 4 strings together in the middle. Add bird seed and hang outside!
