Ingredients:
- Wonton wraps
- Taco seasoning
- 1 pound ground beef
- Shredded Cheese
- Toppings (Salsa, sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, etc.)
Start by browning your ground beef and add in some taco seasoning. Let most of the liquid cook out because they will make your wonton wrapper's soggy.
Spray your muffin tin with Pam and push each wonton wrap into the cups. Fill a spoonful of the ground beef in it then layer with cheese. Push a second wonton wrap on top of that and layer it again.
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 375 degrees or until the edges are brown and crispy. Top with your favorites such as sour cream, salsa, guacamole, or lettuce! Yum and way lower calorie than regular tortillas!
