Zoodle Summer Pasta Salad Recipe
- 2 zucchinis
- Grape tomatoes
- Colby jack cheese cubed
- Green olives
- Italian dressing
"I use my veggetti to spiral my zucchini and cucumbers then cut up low carb cheeses, olives and pepperoni, and salami. Then add a low carb Italian dressing or make your own and add the salad supreme. Just add anything low carb you like." She also said to leave in the fridge covered overnight so the zoodles soak up the dressing and get softer!
