Ingredients
- 24 Saltine crackers
- 1 cup brown sugar - packed
- 1 cup 2 sticks butter
- 11 oz bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup jet-puffed mallow bits or mini marshmallows
- ½ cup red and green M&M baking chips or mini candies
- Christmas sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Fill the entire pan with saltine crackers, placing them side by side but not overlapping. Set aside.
- Add the brown sugar and butter to a medium sauce pan. Melt the butter over medium heat, stirring occasionally then add the brown sugar. Stir. Bring to a roaring boil and let boil for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat. Pour all over the top of the crackers.
- Place baking sheet in the oven and bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the crackers. Let sit for 5 minutes so the chocolate can melt then spread out evenly with a spatula.
- Immediately sprinkle with the mini marshmallow bits, M&M candies and sprinkles.
- Place in refrigerator for 1-2 hours to allow the chocolate to harden.
- Before serving, cut into squares or break with your hands. ENJOY!!
